February 2023 Monthly Meeting

Texas Discovery Gardens 3601 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Dallas, TX, United States

The NTGRC will hold its February monthly meeting at Texas Discovery Gardens (TDG) in Fair Park on Sunday, February 26th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. The address is 3601 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, Dallas, TX, 75210. All members are welcome as are any guests who may be interested in model railroading. Drinks and light refreshments will be available. Photos of the TDG Model Train Garden may be found at https://txdg.org/trains.

If you’re unfamiliar with Texas Discovery Gardens, enter Fair Park at Gate 6. Then take an immediate right turn onto S Second Avenue, followed by another immediate right turn into the TDG parking lot. The Gardens are directly across the street (S. Second Avenue). Go to the TDG front entrance and tell the staff you are with the Garden Railroad Club, and they will direct you to the Train Garden. In the event of inclement weather, an indoor room has been reserved. In the unlikely event there is a Fair event scheduled for that day, which would normally charge for parking, tell the attendant you will be going to visit Texas Discovery Gardens and they should let you in without charge.

I hope to see many of our members and guests there!
